The Kia EV6 GT is a 576 hp EV

With up to 320 horsepower and a 5.1-second acceleration time from zero to 60 mph, the dual-motor Kia EV6 GT-Line isn’t what we’d call slow. Still, Kia thought a performance version of the EV6 wasn’t enough, so it introduced the 2023 Kia EV6 GT. This is the most powerful production car Kia has ever built, with 576 horsepower it brings a lot of performance.

The high-performance EV6 GT has two electric motors that put out a combined 576 hp and 546 lb-ft of torque. That’s an incredibly high number and would help an electric car reach 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. That’s a figure reserved for supercars just a few years ago, with top speeds reaching 161 mph. The EV6 GT offers a significant performance boost over the already sporty GT line, EV6 lineupKia is ready to stand by the EV6 GT’s performance, claiming that independent testing completed by AMCI claimed that Kia’s electric vehicle managed to accelerate. ferrari roma and lamborghini huracan evo Spider RWD.

The EV6 GT is more than just a car that’s straight and fast. It also comes with a sports suspension with electronically controlled dampers. KiaIn the words of, “Unique Front Suspension Performance Component”. To avoid corners, the EV6 GT comes with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential and Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. Drivers will also notice that the EV6 GT features special drive modes such as drift mode for smoky slides and newly available artificial sounds.

The EV6 GT has a lot of fast parts, but it comes at the expense of range. The EV6 GT uses the same 77.4 kWh battery pack as other versions of the EV. Unfortunately, the performance model has an estimated range of only 206 miles. This places the EV6 GT at the end of the line-up. Rear-wheel drive versions of the Wind and GT-Line with a 77.4 kWh battery pack are rated for 310 miles. Even the light RWD version of the base with a 58 kWh battery pack can go even further with a range of 232 miles.

At least passengers can see inside the car while it charges, with comfortable sport seats, neon green accents and a GT logo. Exterior, the EV6 GT stands out from the rest of the EV6 pack with 21-inch wheels, neon brake calipers, roof spoiler, prominent diffuser and updated front and rear fascias.

The 2023 Kia EV6 GT is expected to arrive in dealers by the end of the year.Kia remains silent on pricing, but with GT-Line AWD Starting at $57,695 (along with the destination), we believe the EV6 GT will have a starting price of over $60,000.
