Black Dog 1 Day Ear Ride Return
Black dog ride australia (BDRA) The annual 1 Dayer charity ride for mental health issues is back in 2022, similar to last year’s popular “virtual” 1 Dayers.
1 Dayer 2022 will be held on Sunday, March 20th, across Australia, and will begin a national conversation on depression and suicide prevention.
For the past two years, the blockade of Covid has canceled the annual Ride to the Red Center.
Therefore, BDRA conducted a survey in 2022 to seek a new direction.
One of the findings seems to be that the popular “virtual” day 1 is back for those who cannot attend due to health or distance, and that the popular “virtual” day 1 remains. ..
Currently, both events can be registered.
Participants will be provided with a rider kit that includes an embroidered 1 Dayer patch, a Round 1 Dayer 2022 participation bike sticker, and a new “Black Dog Rider” small bike sticker.
Riders conducting “virtual” events can ride alone or with a group of friends.
BDRA spent a couple of “rough” years due to leadership changes and pandemics.
BDRA was started by Steve Andrews after a solo tour of Australia in 2009 to raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention.
Following his shocking retirement in 2017, a series of changes in leadership, board members, and administrative staff recognized by the organization in 2019 put them in a “fluid state”.
For the past two years, the blockade of Covid has canceled the annual Ride to the Red Center.
